Delivery timings depend on the shipment destination.
Once dispatched orders should be received in 24h for Belgium, 2-3 days for neighboring countries, 3-4 days for the rest of EU.

Beauty by Kroonen will not be held responsible for any delays due to the shipping company.

Nevertheless, should you not receive your order within 10 working days from the order shipment confirmation, you must inform us immediately by emailing info@kroonenandbrown.be

Any complaints about missing orders or missing / damaged products from an order will not be accepted after a period of 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from the order shipment confirmation date.
