You can return your item within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
Returns will only be accepted for products that are not opened with the original packaging and the external protection foil (where applicable) still intact.

All returns requests must be sent to us as soon as possible but no later than 7 calendar days from the receipt of your order by email at info@kroonenandbrown.be.

As soon as we receive your return (but no later than 7 calendar days from the return intent notification) and after your return is accepted, we will issue a store voucher for the purchase amount minus the original shipping cost.

The return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend that you ship your return with a traceable postage service. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost during shipment.

If the product you received was not the product you ordered or if your product arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and send it back to us within 14 calendar days following its reception. We will reimburse your order and your shipping upon receipt of the returned item. Only the postage for the return via regular mail will be reimbursed. We retain the right to refuse the return of damaged items if the product was damaged by the customer.
