STAR NOTES: BERGAMOT PETITGRAIN NEROLI

BERGAMOT: A small yellowy/green citrus fruit sourced from Calabria in southern Italy. The flesh of the ripened fruit tastes like a cross between an orange and a grapefruit, and the oil extracted gives a bright citrus aroma with a floral spicy edge.

PETITGRAIN: Derived from the leaves and twigs of the orange blossom tree, The oil lends a woody-herbaceous undertone.

NEROLI: Derived from the small white flowers of the bitter orange tree, Neroli oil is steam distilled and is a slightly sweeter orange with a soft honeyed aspect.
