Combining the natural look of eyebrow powder with the precision of a pencil, SPRUSSE defines, thickens and shapes to restore even the most over-tweezed brows to their natural splendor.
Available in three shades.
HOW TO USE:
Apply SPRUSSE to the brow and blend over the contour to make the brow look larger. Use the brush to comb over your coverage to reduce it slightly and blend it in. To create a denser yet natural look, apply short, fine lines in between with a slightly darker color to simulate small hairs. Then blend with the brush.
